brr...again

It's cold again and I need to do some yard and garden and chickie maintenance outside. I need to do more work on the ever growing laundry pile. I want to win the lotto and hire one or two more of me since I can't get more hours in the day. I took my canner gauge into the local extension office and found out I had a bad gauge. Because I don't know when it went bad I have to toss my turkey stock I put up after Christmas. Frustrating. 2 bucks for the test, 20 for the replacement, gas and my time, of which I am in severe shortage of, and I am now back on track. Like the lady said at the counter at Bobs, '20 dollars is cheaper than a trip for your family to the emergency room.'
